It was the building for us…
Originally a home built in 1897, this building was brought to life by an amazing craftsman building his wife’s dream. We feel incredibly lucky to be in the space and would love to share it with you. Below are our building rental guidelines - there’s kind of a lot so please read them thoroughly and if your event fits, we’d love for you to inquire about renting the space!
DAYTIME BUILDING RENTAL
Our first floor is available for rental Sunday through Tuesday and Wednesday through Saturday before 1:30pm…
The rental time slot is 4 hours which INCLUDES setup and cleanup time - you must be out and cleaned up on time or we will charge an extra $50 for every 15 minutes over
You are welcomed and encouraged to bring your own food, coffee and desserts - all drinks MUST be purchased through 313
Serving plates, utensils and napkins will not be provided
If you are wanting to purchase food through 313, it will be considered but not guaranteed - here is a link to our catering menu
Group size must be 40 people or under - if your party is larger than this, we will need to add another employee which will be an additional cost
Rental includes one bartender - if you feel your party will be cocktail heavy, you can request another bartender for faster service
Wine, beer and menu cocktails (minus flights) will be available for purchase
The building will be cleaned and ready for your arrival - if you decide to move furniture, you must move it back before leaving
Decorations are allowed - we just ask for no glitter or sequins and no tape for hanging things - absolutely nothing hung on the artwork
Base rental fee - $350 with a required $100 deposit prior to the event
Sunday rentals are $450

WINE LOFT RENTAL
Rental timeframe is 4-9 Wednesday through Saturday
Capacity is approximately 20 people and is located upstairs (accessed only by stairs)
Spending minimum is $500 which can be reached by ordering food/drinks/retail wine

NIGHTTIME BUILDING RENTAL
This would be for renting the first floor and patios Wednesday through Saturday after 2pm.
The rental time slot is 5 hours which INCLUDES setup and cleanup time - to rent longer will be an additional $200 per hour
You are welcomed and encouraged to bring your own food and desserts - all other drinks MUST be purchased through 313
Serving plates, utensils and napkins will not be provided
Rental includes two bartenders - if you feel your party will be cocktail heavy, you can request another bartender for an additional price for faster service
Group size must be 40 or under - if your party is larger than this, we will need to add another employee which will be an additional cost

Spending minimums below
November through April - $3000 plus 18% gratuity
May through October - $4500 plus 18% gratuity
